The 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package offers greater flexibility.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is based on 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.IGBT is the gate type used for this design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C is allowed for this device.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A supply current of greater than 1.1mA cannot be used when the device is being operated.
