For greater flexibility, the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~18V, it can demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.The input of this algorithm is characterized by SCHMITT TRIGGER.When operating, the supply current cannot exceed 0.58mA.
