For greater flexibility, the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tube.There are 1 drivers installed for this device.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~18V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.Mosfet gate drivers receives an input of SCHMITT TRIGGER.A supply current of greater than 0.58mA cannot be used when the device is being operated.
