Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.Tube is the packaging method.This configuration includes 1 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TA.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.When operating, the supply current cannot exceed 0.6mA.
