MCP1501-25E/SN Overview
A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tube package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±0.1% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 2.5 V voltage.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of PMIC - Power Management ICs.Applications with 20mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.There is 2.5V voltage output lower than 2.5V from the voltage reference ic.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 2.7V~5.5V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.The supply current is 550μA.During operation, it uses a current of 550µA as its supply current.What are the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the voltage reference ic?In spite of variations in external conditions, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 2.5V.From the -- series, it's a gadget.The supplier device package for this voltage reference circuit is 8-SOIC.A normaloutput current of 20(mA) is measured for the voltage reference circuit.
