MCP1501T-33E/RW Overview
A handy 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±0.1% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 3.3V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of PMIC - Power Management ICs.Applications with 20mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.There is 3.3V voltage output lower than 3.3V from the voltage reference ic.To supply it, a voltage of 3.5V is required.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 3.5 V ~ 5.5 V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 3.3V.The supply current is 550μA.During operation, it uses a current of 550µA as its supply current.3.3033 V is the highest voltage output from the voltage reference ic.3.2967 V voltage less than 3.2967 V is output by the voltage reference circuit.From the -- series, it's a gadget.The supplier device package for this voltage reference circuit is 8-WDFN (2x2).
