An easy-to-use 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 4.096V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type PMIC - Power Management ICs.For applications with 20mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.It must be supplied with a voltage of 4.3V at a minimum.An input voltage of 4.3 V ~ 5.5 V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 4.096V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.There is 140 uA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.In order to operate it, 550μA is the supply current.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 4.1001V.There is 4.0919 V voltage lower than 4.0919 V at the output of the voltage reference ic.Among the -- series of gadgets, it is a camera.There is 8-SOIC device package associated with this voltage reference circuit's supplier.
