It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 5 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 500mA output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V.
