For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 5 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating.
