It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package to save space. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1MHz.
