The MCP3461/2/4 devices are 16-bit, 1/2/4-channel Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) with programmable data rates up to 153.6 ksps. To lower system component count and total solution cost, they provide integrated features including internal oscillator, temperature sensor, and burnout sensor detection.
