MCP47CMB11-E/MF Overview
A 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is provided with this component. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3V volts is required. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~125°C when operating. Using the Tube layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, it has 10 terminations on each end.
