There are two packages that contain it: 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3V. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~125°C when operating. Using the Tube layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space.
