In order to protect the op amps, a SOT-23-6 case is used. An op amp of this type is a General Purpose-type. The op amp is delivered to you in a Cut Tape (CT) case. There have been a total of 6 terminations over the past year. The total number of pins on linear amplifier is 6. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 5V.
