The linear amplifier is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. Buffer amps of this type are called General Purpose-types. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. It is estimated that there will be at least 8 terminations this year. The linear amplifier should be run at 3V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it.
