There is a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. This is a General Purpose type op amp. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations is approaching the 14 mark. The linear amplifier should be run at 5V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it. Instrumentation amplifier is a part of Operational Amplifier.
