In order to protect the op amps, a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case is used. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. The number of terminations is approaching the 14 mark. A total of 14 pins are attached to buffer op amp. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 5V.
