MCP9700AT-E/TT Product Details
MCP9700AT-E/TT Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). As a precaution, the analog sensors are placed into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages in order to protect them from damage. There are 3 pins on this sensor to ensure proper operation. There are 3 terminations in this electronic part. During operation, the analog sensors may supply 6μA current. Sensor voltage should be 5.5V in DC circuits. The minimum DC voltage supplied by this magnetic switch is 2.3V. As a result, this sensor is capable of supplying 6μA current to operate. The sensor's current output should generally be 100μA for optimum performance. Sensors output voltages of 500mV as a general rule. Analog sensors have 1 channels available.
