MCP9700T-E/TT Product Details
MCP9700T-E/TT Overview
These analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. As a measure of protection, analog sensors are enclosed in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. It is necessary to have 3 pins for this sensor to function properly. There are 3 terminations in this electronic part. Analog sensors could supply 6μA current when operating. DC circuit should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V. But the minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 2.3V in the DC circuit. Sensors can function with 6μA current nominally. As a general rule, the sensor's current output should be 100μA if optimal performance is to be achieved. There should be no voltage output from the sensor.
