MCP9701AT-E/TT Overview
For safety reasons, analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect analog sensors from damage, they are put into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. To operate properly, the sensor has pins 3. This electronic part has 3 terminations. During operation, the analog sensor is able to supply a current of 6μA. A DC circuit should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V supplied by this sensor. Although in a DC circuit, the minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 3V. A sensor such as this can be powered by a nominal current of 6μA at its output. When optimum performance is desired, the sensor output should be 100μA.
