MCP9701T-E/LT Product Details
MCP9701T-E/LT Overview
Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 packages. The sensor has a pin count of 5 for proper operation. This electronic part has 6 terminations. The analog sensor's current could be 6μA when it operates. DC circuit should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch, however, may be 3V in the DC circuit. The analog sensors could supply 5.5V voltage when it operates. As a result, the sensor will not work if 6μA current is supplied to it. In general, optimum performance requires a sensor to output 100μA. A sensor should generally output a voltage of 400mV.
