MCP9803-M/MSG Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tube. It is recommended that analog sensors be packaged in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages to prevent damage to the devices. In order to operate properly, this sensor has 8 pins. In this electronic part, there are 8 terminations. Analog sensors can supply 400μA of current when they operate. Ideally, this sensor should provide a voltage of 5.5V in a DC circuit. The minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 2.7V in a DC circuit, however. As a result, the sensor will not work if 200μA current is supplied to it. Optimal performance is achieved by setting the sensor's current output to 200μA. Generally, the voltage output by the sensor should be 400mV.
