Tray is acceptable for shipping the power management.For ease of transportation, it is packaged the power management in 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad .For easy adaptability, Surface Mount provides a universal mounting method.The power management is designed for use with applications at Ultrasound Imaging .Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic 0°C~85°C will prevent malfunctions.The power management works at 4.75V~5.25V voltage.Search MD1730 to find more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.On the power management, there are two 36 terminals.It will require at least 2.35V to start up.In addition, you should not supply the power supply ic with a voltage greater than 2.65V .With this integrated power supplies, it is possible to find ALSO REQUIRED 5V, 10V SUPPLY NOM as well.
