MIC2125YML-TR Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 4.5V~28V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~750kHz position. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
