In the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.5V~28V volts and has 4.5V~28V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. It can switch at 200kHz~750kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 16 terminations.
