MIC2177YWM-TR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 20 terminations are present. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 200kHz.
