It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. Space-saving 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 200kHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 3.3V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.5A output current of voltage regulator.
