This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. Space-saving 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 10-MLF? packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. DC DC switching regulator's 600mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility.
