For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 12-MLF? package. 2 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. 2.5MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Regulator 2.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.5V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.2V 1.8V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 800mA output current. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. The MIC2238 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 12 pins.
