It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 8-MLF? package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of Up to 2.5MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.24V volts. DC DC switching regulator's 2A Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the MIC2250 family.
