Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.5V.
