It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-UFDFN package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 4MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. As a member of the MIC23150 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator.
