There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Cut Tape (CT) package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 20-MLF? package. A total of 2 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 3MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1V volts.
