As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. A voltage regulator consists of 20 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 20-PowerVFQFN package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Programmable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 400kHz 565kHz 790kHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
