Using the Cut Tape (CT) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 28-PowerVQFN package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 600kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. As a result of the 12A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
