Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 1.2MHz. Regulator 2.8V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.8V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.8V volts. Featuring a 350mA Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 6.5V.
