In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad, 8-TMLF? functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. When a supply voltage of 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. 8 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.6V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain, Push-Pull of output voltage. You can always use MIC2789, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
