Ready for shipping the power management in Tape & Reel (TR) package.It is packaged the power management in 14-UFQFN Exposed Pad, 14-TMLF? for convenient transportation.An easy-to-adapt universal mounting system is provided by Surface Mount .The power management is intended for use at Processor as well as other applications.To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~125°C .The power management works at 2.7V~5.5V voltage.Getting more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions can be found by searching MIC2827 .There are 14 pins on the power managment ic.A Surface Mount allows mounting on a PCB or other board.In general, temperatures higher than 125°C are not recommended.Lower temperatures than -40°C are unsuitable for it.
