MIC28514T-E/PHA Description
The MIC28514 is a synchronous buck regulator with changeable frequency and an innovative adaptive on-time control design. The MIC28514 has a regulated output of up to 5A of output current and operates across an input supply range of 4.5V to 75V. With an accuracy of 1%, the output voltage is adjustable down to 0.6V.
High-VIN/low-VOUT operation is made possible by the Hyper Speed Control design, which also permits an ultra-fast transient response while lowering the output capacitance. In a single device, this adaptive on-time control architecture combines the benefits of constant frequency operation and quick transient response.
