This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 10 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 10-PowerTFDFN, 10-MLF? package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Fixed outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. 8MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 400mA output current. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage.
