MIC33263YGK-TR Product Details

MIC33263YGK-TR Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 20-PowerFQFN package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 4MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.7V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.7V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 2A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. As a member of the MIC33263 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 5V volts. During switching regulator operation, 20 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 700mV at the very least. The maximal output voltage of 5V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. DC DC switching regulator offers a maximum output voltage of 5V as its maximum output voltage. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this electronic voltage regulator 12v is part of the HyperLight Load® family. In order to ensure reliable performance, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 2.7V V is required. Operating at the high-limit maximum operating temperature 125°C makes the voltage regulator stable. To ensure reliability, the voltage regulator 12v operates at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. An input voltage of 2.7V is the minimum voltage that it supports. At its maximum voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator is designed to sustain a 5.5V input voltage. Powered by a 33μA supply current, this DC-DC switching regulator works as a converter between DC and DC.
