For greater flexibility, the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 4 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~70°C TA.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Its configuration is based on a total of 14 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number MIC4468.Through Hole is the way it takes to mount the device.Devices have 14 pins available.There is an interface IC called AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.1.2A is the maximum output current.Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 1.2A.The maximum power dissipation of 1.5W shows its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.In this case, it produces a voltage of 18V.
