For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 200kHz. Input voltage 4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 3.3V.
