For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Bulk package. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 200kHz. Input voltage 4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 1.7A Switch. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 24V.
