For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space-saving TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 200kHz. Regulator 4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 3A output current. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 36V.
