This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. There is a switching frequency of 200kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.23V volts.
