For greater flexibility, the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 10V~20V supply voltage.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Initially, the configuration is composed of 14 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4608.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.An output current as high as 1A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.A unique technology can also be used to provide SEATED HGT-NOM.
