As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Space-saving 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. There is a switching frequency of 2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V.
