MIC5013YN Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.Tube represents the packaging method.The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.Through Hole is the way in which it is mounted.By using 7V~32V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~85°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number MIC5013.Mosfet driver is mounted using Through Hole.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 20mA.The maximum power dissipation of 1.25W shows its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.
