It is intended for use in applications such as Controller, DDR3, GDDR3/4/5 and others. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C. It is designed to accept 1.35V~6V as the input voltage. Search MIC5164 for more pin-to-pin solutions. The PCB or other board has a Surface Mount for mounting. A power supply regulator with 10pins is present. There is no need for it to be at a temperature lower than -40°C. In general, temperatures higher than 125°Care not recommended. There is a requirement for an input voltage greater than 1.35Vfor this alternator regulator. At its maximum, it will produce current 27mA.
